Oaks Royal III is a 55+ Mobile Home Community located in Zephyrhills, Florida, with 147 Homes. The community was developed in 1984 on part of what was the Dean Dairy Farm. We are one of the few Mobile Home Communities that has sidewalks and we own our own property.
We have activities throughout the year for the enjoyment of our residents, including a heated pool, hot tub, shuffle board, horse shoe pits, and a golf chipping range.
We also have passive activities, such as coffee hours, bingo, potluck dinners, ice cream and cake night, dominos, cards, arts and crafts, and Saturday\breakfasts put on by the Men’s Club (twice a month). We have a Library where you can borrow books, puzzles, videos and CDs. And how could we forget the Ladies Tea and Craft Sale put on by the Women’s Group.
Your retirement years as a winter resident or as a year-round resident of Oaks Royal III will keep you keep active as you walk on the safe sidewalks or, ride your bikes on our streets, or if you want to take the easy way out and tour the community in your golf cart.
Oaks Royal III is a fun place yet a relaxing place to live as you lie in a lounge chair in the pool area.
